By accessing or using the Dataset IQ website at datasetiq.org ("the Site") and any services provided through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Description

Dataset IQ provides diagnostic consultancy services for enterprise datasets, including but not limited to data auditing, readiness scoring, bias analysis, lineage verification, and compliance assessment for AI training readiness. All services are subject to separate engagement agreements executed between Dataset IQ and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Dataset IQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality and NDAs

All client engagements involving access to proprietary datasets or business information are conducted under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dataset IQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dataset IQ and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dataset IQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
